Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the unworn jewelry in its original branded box and secure it within a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
